GMB Constructions is a locally owned and operated building company based in Langwarrin, servicing projects across the bayside area from the Mornington Peninsula through to Melbourne and beyond.

Established in 2008 as a father and son business by Clive and Greg Boorer, GMB Constructions was built on solid family values, hands-on experience, and pride in quality workmanship. The company’s early years were focused on commercial construction, delivering original works with a strong emphasis on reliability, practical solutions, and attention to detail.

As the business grew, so did its scope. GMB Constructions has since expanded into high-end domestic building projects, applying the same professional standards and construction expertise to custom residential homes and renovations. This transition has allowed the company to combine structural know-how with refined finishes and personalised service.

The business is led by Director Greg Boorer, who brings over 30 years of experience in the building industry, underpinned by a strong background in carpentry. Greg’s hands-on approach ensures every project is carefully managed and built to a high standard. In 2019, co-founder Clive Boorer retired, leaving behind a legacy that continues to influence the company’s work ethic and commitment to doing things properly.
