This project at a Balnarring farm property is transforming the site into a highly functional and versatile rural lifestyle home. The works include a large rumpus room extension and a new alfresco area, both currently under construction, alongside multiple internal renovations. Completed elements include the bedroom extension, huge double garage, and a substantial farm shed with fully finished bungalow-style living areas, providing flexible accommodation and practical farm use.

Internally, the home is being reconfigured to improve flow, comfort, and usability while maintaining strong connections to the surrounding rural landscape. Once finished, the alfresco and rumpus areas will extend living and entertaining spaces, creating seamless indoor–outdoor functionality.
