Peninsula Hot Springs

Commercial New Build

The Peninsula Hot Springs project comprised a large-scale new build within a highly sensitive natural landscape, delivering a range of new facilities designed to enhance the overall visitor experience while integrating seamlessly with the surrounding environment.

The works included the construction of a new reception building, bathhouse, change rooms, café, and a feature bridge walkway linking the various structures across the site. The project involved substantial structural works, requiring precise coordination and engineering to accommodate the scale of the buildings while respecting the site’s natural contours.

A defining feature of the development is the extensive use of timber cladding and natural materials, carefully selected to blend the built form into the landscape and reinforce the calm, organic aesthetic of the hot springs. Attention to detail, craftsmanship, and build quality were critical to achieving a cohesive outcome across multiple structures.

This project demonstrates our capability to deliver complex, high-value commercial builds in environmentally sensitive settings, combining robust structural execution with refined architectural finishes.
