Rye RSL – Commercial Refurbishment & Structural Upgrade

The Rye RSL project involved a complete structural refurbishment and full internal fit-out of the existing venue, delivering a significant upgrade to patron facilities and operational spaces while maintaining continuity of venue operations.

Works included the full renovation of the existing gaming room, bistro, gaming bars and public bar areas, along with refurbishment of the existing commercial kitchen. The project also incorporated extensive structural works and complete internal renovation throughout the building to modernise and enhance the venue.

A key achievement of the project was the successful staging and delivery of works while keeping the majority of the venue operational and accessible to the public throughout construction. The project was completed on time and within budget, demonstrating effective planning, stakeholder coordination, and construction management by GMB Constructions.
