The Bank
Transformation of existing bank into new Bar/Bistro
The Bank project involved the structural renovation and adaptive reuse of an existing bank building originally constructed in 1939, converting the heritage structure into a contemporary bar and bistro venue. The project included extensive internal demolition and refurbishment while preserving the character and integrity of the original building.
Works comprised complete internal renovation, structural modifications, construction of new toilet amenities, installation of a fully equipped commercial kitchen, and fit-out of the internal bar areas. External works also formed a significant component of the project, including construction of an outdoor beer garden and external bar facilities to expand the venue’s hospitality offering.
The completed development successfully transformed the historic building into a modern hospitality destination while retaining elements of its original architectural character.
